Photography Department

The Department of Photography, which welcomed its first students in the 2002–2003 academic year, aims to educate knowledgeable and creative individuals who are well-versed in photography and capable of contributing to contemporary cultural life by making use of both technological and artistic possibilities. The program also seeks to ensure that students are fully aware of current technological and social transformations. Graduates of the department may pursue careers as photographers or photography consultants in public and private institutions, or work as independent photographic artists.
